My name is Kathleen Balfour. I ran my own business as an in-home daycare provider for almost 20 years and have always considered myself a high spirited and compassionate person. I met my husband Doug 6 years ago and we are blessed to have 5 wonderful children ages 20 through 35 and an awesome 14 year old grandson. I have had a passion for Real Estate ever since I bought my first home 9 years ago as a single parent. My husband and I now have been investing in several rental properties which motivated me to become a licensed Broker. I enjoy remodeling and fixing up properties. I also enjoy reading, belly dancing and being with my husband and 2 dogs up in Black Hawk where we currently live. I am looking forward to being a part of the Nationwide Real Estate and Relocation Corporation and helping my clients reach their goals!
